Ombre Dip Dye Dress
O ombrΓ© dress is our first choice of this do it yourself, being a model extremely passionate!
The very special detail of the pattern is due to being slightly dyed on the hem and sleeves (or where you prefer) in this footprint that bears this difficult name OmbrΓ© dip dye.
List of Materials:
- Plain White Dress (mesh texture)
- Blue Dye or Color of your choice
- Coarse salt
- Gloves
- A Large Bowl
How to make :
- Boil water with two tablespoons of coarse salt and then mix the dye powder.
- Put on the gloves, take your plain white dress and dip only the hem of the dress (or the part you want to dye), put it in contact with the dye and wait about 3 minutes.
- Remove the piece and be careful not to stain it., lightly twist the dyed part to remove excess dye, then set it aside to dry.
Tie Dye Jeans Dress
Tie dye is another proposal for a very versatile dress that I particularly love., also made with a washing base, it is still that option that provides a list of materials that are very accessible to obtain, in addition to being clearly very cute!
Materials List:
- Sanitary water
- String
- Scissors
- Blue jean dress
- Large Plastic Canister
How-to:
- Take your denim dress and tie it tight with the string until the piece looks like this.
2. Place a little less than half of your bowl of cold water or enough to wet one side of the garment, and then add a measure of half a glass of bleach (the more bleach the more faded your dress will be) but be careful not to overdo it.
After this process, dip half of the piece and let it rest. 30 minutes on each side.

- Measure the βVβ (inverted triangle) of the neckline of your dress, cut the pattern of this neckline on paper with an extra centimeter and a half on the sides of this βVβ (only on the sides).

- Take your dress and start gluing the lace over this neckline. (as shown in the photo on the model above), wait for it to dry.
- Then try the model and finish off with little dots made with a thread and a needle or even with the glue itself (if necessary).
